This Provencal villa is located on the outskirts of the picturesque village of Cotignac (800m), at the end of a dead end road. It is a spacious villa with on the ground floor a spacious living room with fireplace and a fully equipped open kitchen and a bathroom with shower. From the living room and kitchen, you step out onto the terrace where you can enjoy the wooded surroundings, or onto the terrace next to it where the swimming pool (6 x 4m) is located for a refreshing dip. By the pool, the sun loungers are ready for you to relax and enjoy the Mediterranean sun and you will find the summer kitchen with a barbecue and dining table, so you can prepare delicious meals outside as well.
The natural garden that comes with the house is a little lower and actually blends into nature, so the focus of outdoor living will be on both terraces.

On the first floor are the 3 nice bedrooms and a bathroom with bathtub. The 4th room serves as a wardrobe room.

Cotignac is one of the most beautiful villages in the Var. In the beautiful centre, around the centuries-old plane-tree covered "cours", you will find a wide choice of cosy restaurants, bars and shops. Cotignac lies at the foot of an overhanging cliff, which is illuminated at night. This makes for a magnificent spectacle.
